The company focuses on R & D, manufacturing and sales of marine radio communication navigation and underwater detection equipment. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating science, industry and trade.　
Corporate vision: create first-class ship communication and navigation products and ultrasonic application equipment, leading the domestic market and entering the international advanced ranks.　
Company takes technology research and development as the core, and has a research and development team led by experts in the industry. The enterprise now has 43 authorized patents, including 6 invention patent, 18 utility models, 6 appearance patents and 13 software copyrights. The ultrasonic underwater detection equipment independently developed by the enterprise has broken the monopoly of foreign products in the domestic market for a long time.　
The company has a manufacturing center of 3500 square meters of water communication navigation and underwater detection products, which integrates research and development, trial production, testing, manufacturing and storage. It has complete equipment, complete functions, continuous enhancement of automation and intelligence, and annual production capacity of more than 80 million. The main products of the company are: AIS marine automatic identification system, electronic chart system, echo sounder, electromagnetic log, Doppler speed log, satellite speed log, multi-functional instrument, fish finder, marine Anemometer, shipboard GNSS navigator, satellite compass, VHF radio device, ultrasonic transducer, AIS-SART search and rescue ship automatic identification system and so on. The company's series of products are recognized by China Classification Society and issued type approval certificate.　
In 2006, Jiangsu Famous Brand Business Promotion Association and Jiangsu Product Quality Management Office issued the honorary certificate of “Jiangsu Market-recognized Famous Brand Product” for the company's products.　
In 2011, AIS shipboard automatic identification system (Class B), ECS electronic charting system, ES echo sounder three products obtained the type approval certificate of China Classification Society.　
In 2014, GPS navigator and AIS-SART automatic identification system for search and rescue on board also obtained the type approval certificate of China Classification Society.　
In 2016, the company was honored as “High and New Technology Enterprise” by Science and Technology Department of Jiangsu Province. In the same year, the company was recognized by Nantong Science and Technology Bureau as “Science and Technology Small and Medium-sized Enterprises”. In the same year, the company was also authorized by Jiangsu Provincial Marine Fisheries Inspection Bureau as a GMDSS testing unit.　
In 2017, the company was recognized as “Jiangsu Private Science and Technology Enterprise” by Jiangsu Private Science and Technology Association.　
In 2018, Nantong Economy and Information Technology Commission and other competent authorities awarded “Jiangsu Province Enterprise Credit Management Through Standard Certificate”. 　
2021, the company was recognized as the chairman of the ninth member of Jiangsu Fishery Industry Association. In the same year, the satellite compass and BeiDou high-precision shipboard automatic identification system also obtained the type approval certificate of China Classification Society.　
In 2022, Class A and Class D VHF radios and marine Anemometer were type-approved by China Classification Society.　
In 2023, the plug-in card type fishing vessel Class B automatic identification system and satellite speed log obtained type approval certificate from China Classification Society (CCS).　
In 2024, the shipboard multi-system radio navigation receiver obtained the type approval certificate of China Classification Society.
